True happiness requires vulnerability.
Insight
Happiness can’t thrive behind walls or defenses. To fully experience joy, you have to open yourself up: to relationships, to care, and to uncertainty. Vulnerability is a risk because it means being honest, trusting others, and allowing emotions to flow freely but it’s also the price of happiness.
True, deep happiness comes when we risk connection, possibility, and even pain. This doesn’t mean putting yourself in harm’s way, but it does mean being brave enough to lower your guard and embrace life fully.
Reflection
What’s one area in your life where you’ve built walls to avoid vulnerability? How might letting those walls down help you experience more happiness?
