Catalyst
Confidence arises when you stop letting external voices drown out your inner truth.
Insight
What you believe about yourself matters more than what others think of you. Public opinion, no matter how loud, is temporary and often shallow. Your own inner dialogue, on the other hand, shapes how you see the world and your role in it.
Public opinion may sway you, but your private opinion holds the greatest power. If your private opinion of yourself is rooted in self-worth and capability, even the strongest criticism will have little sway. Mastering your inner dialogue isn’t easy, but it is the key to true inner strength.
Reflection
How does your private opinion of yourself shape your actions? What steps can you take to make this inner voice more empowering?
