Confidence isn’t a fixed state, it’s something you have to build and rebuild over time. If left unchecked, confidence can falter in the face of doubt, unpredictability, or external criticism. That’s why it’s essential to actively cultivate confidence, especially during moments of uncertainty.

Confidence thrives when paired with effort, growth, and reflection. By consistently working on your skills and facing challenges, you remind yourself of what you’re capable of. Confidence shows up when you commit to stepping forward, time and time again.
