Happiness sometimes means accepting more than you think you deserve.
Insight
Many of us struggle to feel deserving of happiness. We convince ourselves it’s something earned through perfection or relentless effort. In reality, happiness doesn’t come with conditions, and you don’t need to work endlessly to earn it.
Sometimes, happiness simply arrives. The challenge is letting yourself accept it without guilt, comparison, or fear of losing it. Gratitude can transform those feelings of unworthiness into contentment. There’s no wrong way to embrace happiness. It’s self-compassion in action.
