Happiness isn’t a mysterious formula reserved for lucky people, it’s a skill built through practicing attention. By training yourself to pause and name those moments, you create a mindset that’s receptive to joy instead of blind to it. The more practice you have at noticing, the more happiness settles into your daily rhythm.
