‟Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.” ~ Abraham Lincoln
Insight
Happiness is not always determined by external circumstances. Often, it is rooted in the decision to focus on what you can appreciate or be grateful for, even in difficult times. This doesn’t mean ignoring challenges or forcing positivity, but it does mean recognizing the power you have to shape your mindset. Happiness is a perspective, one you can practice and cultivate by shifting your attention to what brings you a sense of peace, joy, or fulfillment.
Reflection
How can you practice choosing a mindset that supports happiness, even if life feels challenging right now?
