Catalyst
Optimism allows you to look at failures with curiosity, treating them as steps forward rather than signs of defeat.
Insight
Failure can feel final, but it is far from it. Each time you fall short of a goal, you are given a powerful opportunity to learn, adapt, and grow. It is not the failure itself, but what you take from it that defines your journey. They are part of the process, not the end. Failure is a teacher, not a definition. Let your failures inform you, not confine you, and you will find strength to try again and succeed.
Reflection
In what ways have you allowed failure to define you? How could you reframe a recent failure as a lesson instead of a limitation?
