Catalyst
When you choose to focus on what lights you up, you become a mirror for those same feelings in others.
Insight
Happiness has a way of making itself visible—it lights up your face, energizes your actions, and spreads to those around you. Joy is magnetic. When you are happy, others notice, and often, they begin to reflect that energy back to you in unexpected ways.
This does not mean that happiness must rely entirely on others, but it shows how powerful joy is in connecting with the people in your life. Happiness is your reflection in others’ eyes. Happiness becomes a cycle, shared and amplified through your interactions.
