Catalyst
The most elemental emotion of all is curiosity.
Insight
Before we learn limits or fear, curiosity is a natural, instinctive part of being human. From the time we are born, curiosity drives us to explore our surroundings, understand our relationships, and interact with the world. It is the spark that ignites growth in its purest form.
Unfortunately, as life becomes more complicated, that spark can fade. Responsibilities, routines, and even fear of judgment can make us hesitate to ask questions or explore new ideas. But curiosity is not lost as we grow older; it only needs to be nurtured. By paying attention to what sparks wonder and interest in you, you can keep curiosity alive and thriving.
Reflection
What is something that naturally piques your curiosity? How can you make time to investigate or explore it today?
