Curiosity can overcome fear in ways bravery can’t.
Insight
Fear thrives on the unknown, making us want to freeze or retreat. But curiosity shifts our view of uncertainty by turning it into a mystery into a puzzle to solve, a moment of learning. While bravery asks us to bulldoze through fear, curiosity sneaks around it, whispering, Let’s see what’s on the other side.
When you’re curious, fear no longer becomes the enemy. Instead of focusing on danger, your mind seeks answers, new experiences, and possibilities. Curiosity transforms the unknown into something that feels exciting instead of intimidating.
Reflection
What’s one fear or worry you’ve been avoiding? How might curiosity reframe it?
